Kernel crash via sleepable KASAN page allocation

Denial of service in Linux kernel 5.5 through 6.14.8 allows local users to crash KASAN-enabled s390 systems during task creation. The apply_to_pte_range() walker enters lazy MMU mode, then kasan_populate_vmalloc_pte() performs a sleepable one-page allocation while preemption can be disabled. The reported crash requires local low-privileged access, KASAN, and an architecture such as s390 whose lazy MMU mode makes the callback atomic.
