Local privilege escalation via NFS use-after-free

Use-after-free in Linux kernel 6.14 through 6.14.7 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory via NFS LOCALIO file operations. After clp->cl_uuid.lock is dropped, nfs_local_open_fh can use an nfsd_file freed by another CPU because no RCU read lock preserves its lifetime. A low-privileged local user needs file access on a LOCALIO-enabled NFS mount and can disclose or corrupt file data or trigger a kernel panic.
