Kernel use-after-free via duplicate CQ cleanup

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel RDMA/rxe subsystem allows local users to trigger an invalid kernel-memory read during CQ creation. When rxe_cq_from_init fails, it frees memory before rxe_create_cq invokes rxe_cleanup, causing rxe_queue_cleanup to access the same freed resources. Access to RDMA user verbs and a failing completion-queue initialization path is required; the documented result is a KASAN-detected invalid read.
