System crash via unchecked display plane state

A NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel 6.14 through 6.14.7 allows local users to crash the system during AMD display updates. The dcn401_program_pipe function fails to verify pipe_ctx->plane_state before the update_dchubp_dpp path dereferences it. Reachability requires low-privileged local access and an affected AMD DCN 4.01 display path; the null dereference interrupts the host rather than exposing or modifying data.
