Out-of-bounds access via unset channel count

Out-of-bounds access in Linux kernel mac80211 allows local users to cause unspecified impact during internal Wi-Fi scans. The int_scan_req allocation reserves channel storage but leaves n_channels at zero, so later access to channels[0] violates the counted array bound. Triggering requires local low-privileged access and the internal mac80211 scan path; published material documents the bounds failure but no concrete consequence.
