Kernel memory exhaustion via interrupted GPU cleanup

Memory leak in the Linux kernel's amdgpu CSA cleanup allows local users to exhaust kernel memory by interrupting process exit. The CSA teardown path waits for the GPU VM lock interruptibly and returns without unmapping the CSA or freeing the GPU VM when a signal wins the wait. Reachability requires a local process using the amdgpu driver and a signal timed during exit; repeated failures exhaust kernel memory and interrupt service.
