Kernel service interruption via unlocked DMA completion

Improper locking in the Linux TI K3 UDMA driver allows local users to interrupt service through concurrent DMA completion handling. The udma_check_tx_completion worker inspects descriptor state and starts or completes transfers without holding uc->vc.lock. Reachability requires a TI K3 SoC using the driver and a local device consumer; affected execution can destabilize or crash the kernel.
