Kernel memory disclosure and crash via procfs race

Use-after-free in Linux CAN BCM procfs handling allows local users to disclose or corrupt kernel memory or crash the system. bcm_proc_show() traverses bo->rx_ops without RCU read-side protection while concurrent RX_DELETE processing can remove and defer-free a bcm_op, causing dereferences of reclaimed list entries. An unprivileged local account can open a PF_CAN/CAN_BCM socket, race operation deletion against reads of its proc entry, and trigger disclosure, corruption, a hang, or a kernel crash.
