Unspecified impact via incorrect ipset region mapping

Race condition in Linux kernel ipset hash types allows local users to cause unspecified impact through concurrent set updates. The ahash_region macro uses bucket-number modulo lock count instead of dividing by the region size, so operations on one bucket can lock the wrong region. Reachability requires a timeout-enabled hash set and overlap between garbage collection and element insertion; no concrete consequence has been published.
