Kernel fault via uninitialized CAN transmit spinlock

Denial of service in Linux kernel 6.9 allows local users to trigger a kernel fault by sending a CAN frame through an m_can device. m_can_class_allocate_dev leaves tx_handling_spinlock uninitialized, and m_can_start_xmit later attempts to acquire that invalid lock. Access to a configured m_can CAN interface and permission to transmit frames are required; the documented consequence is a spinlock bad-magic fault.
