Service interruption via adminq request queue overflow

Denial of service in the Linux kernel pds_core driver allows local users to stop firmware command processing through adminq overflow. Sequential commands can remain outstanding while completions occur in another context, allowing more requests than the firmware's 16-entry backing queue can hold. Access to a host using the pds_core driver with an AMD/Pensando DSC adapter is required; a stuck queue stops subsequent commands and completions.
