Race condition in the Linux USB CDC-WDM driver allows local users to interrupt WWAN control-channel operation via concurrent access. wdm_wwan_port_stop clears WDM_WWAN_IN_USE before URBs are restored, allowing wdm_open to open the character device while its URBs remain poisoned.
