Kernel memory corruption via ECDSA length overflow

Integer overflow in Linux kernel ECDSA verification allows local users to corrupt kernel memory and panic the host. The affected paths pass callback-derived or ASN.1 byte lengths to DIV_ROUND_UP, where adding seven before division can wrap and produce undersized digit counts. Reachability requires low-privilege local syscall access and an unusually large key-size result absent from standard in-tree configurations; successful triggering can disclose or overwrite kernel memory.
