Memory disclosure and crash via relocation overread

Out-of-bounds read in Linux kernel 6.8 through 6.12.24 and 6.13 through 6.14.3 allows local users to disclose memory or crash RISC-V systems. The RISC-V module relocation loop permits rel[j] to read one element beyond the relocation section because its bound exceeds the actual relocation count. The flaw is limited to RISC-V module relocation, and published records do not identify a nonprivileged path for supplying malicious relocation data.
