Service interruption via UCSI DisplayPort deadlock

Deadlock in the Linux kernel UCSI DisplayPort code allows local users to interrupt connector service during USB Type-C partner removal. ucsi_displayport_remove_partner holds con->mutex while flushing dp_altmode_work, whose worker then waits to acquire the same mutex. The condition requires an established UCSI connection and a valid DisplayPort partner while alternate-mode work remains active; the circular wait stalls connector teardown indefinitely.
