Stored XSS in DaiCuo CMS 1.3.13 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in visitors' browsers via SEO settings. The SEO title or description accepts and stores HTML event-handler input without sanitization or output encoding, then renders it on the homepage. Administrator access is required to save the payload, and execution occurs when a visitor loads the affected page.
