Memory disclosure via truncated BTF.ext header

Out-of-bounds read in Linux libbpf 6.13 through 6.14.1 allows local users to read memory via a malformed BTF.ext section. btf_ext_parse_info() reads optional core_relo_off and core_relo_len fields without first confirming that the BTF.ext header includes them. Triggering the read requires a local process to make libbpf parse crafted BPF object metadata; published evidence establishes a buffer over-read but no code execution or data modification.
