Host hang via repeated network-driver cleanup

Double free in the Linux kernel octeon_ep driver from 6.4 allows local users to hang the host during a device reboot. When heartbeat loss invokes ndo_stop, unloading the driver invokes ndo_stop again and frees already released resources. Reachability requires a Marvell Octeon endpoint device, lost device heartbeats, and local driver-unload access; the resulting host hang interrupts service.
