Authenticated database access via unchecked e_id values

SQL injection in SeaCMS 13.0 through 13.3 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter database data via crafted e_id values. In admin_link.php's delall action, attacker-controlled e_id array values reach a DELETE query because config.php disables the SQL-input check that initialization otherwise enables. Administrative backend authentication is required, and the public proof of concept demonstrates database enumeration and table disclosure rather than unauthenticated access.
