Local kernel crash via mishandled firmware dump packet

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel Bluetooth btusb allows local users to crash affected systems via a QCA firmware dump. handle_dump_pkt_qca() forwards hci_devcd_init()'s zero success result, so callers misclassify a consumed dump packet, pass it to hci_recv_frame(), and free its skb before hci_devcd_rx() dequeues it. Triggering the path requires local low-privileged access, a WCN7851 device identified as 0489:e0f3, and processing of its firmware crash dump; the bounded result is a kernel crash.
