Kernel crash via ublk command-cancellation race

Race condition in the Linux kernel ublk driver from 6.7 through 6.14.5 allows local users to crash the kernel during command cancellation. The ublk_cancel_cmd function calls io_uring_cmd_done after io_uring_cmd_complete_in_task has queued task work for the same request. Reaching the race requires local ublk device access and concurrent I/O teardown, resulting in a host-wide service interruption.
