Kernel warning via uninitialized DIM work cancellation

Improper workqueue handling in Linux 6.12.10 through 6.12.27 and 6.13 through 6.14.5 allows local users to trigger a kernel warning. bnxt_init_chip() leaves BNXT_STATE_NAPI_DISABLED clear before DIM work is initialized, so its failure path calls cancel_work_sync() on uninitialized work and trips WARN_ON() in __flush_work(). Reaching the path requires CAP_NET_ADMIN in the initial user namespace, a physical Broadcom NIC, and a hardware initialization failure outside attacker control.
