Local privilege escalation via HFSC class use-after-free

Use-after-free in Linux kernel HFSC scheduling allows local users to elevate privileges through a duplicated netem child qdisc. HFSC treats an empty child queue as proof that a class is inactive, so netem duplication reenters enqueue and inserts the class twice into scheduling trees. A local user needs CAP_NET_ADMIN in a network namespace; stale tree links then permit kernel memory reads and writes, privilege escalation, or a system hang or panic.
