Local kernel crash via unchecked page allocation

NULL pointer dereference in the s390 SCLP console in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to crash the kernel during initialization. The sclp_console_init function fails to check whether get_zeroed_page returned a null address before using the allocation for its console-page list. Reachability requires a low-privileged local user on an s390 system using the SCLP console and an allocation failure during initialization; the bounded consequence is an availability-only kernel crash.
