VLAN deletion failure via uninitialized MST identifier

Use of uninitialized data in Linux allows local users to cause bridge VLAN deletion to fail on affected mv88e6xxx switches. Some vtu_getnext implementations leave vlan.sid unset, so mv88e6xxx_port_vlan_leave passes residual stack data to mv88e6xxx_mst_put as an MST identifier. The path is reached when deleting a bridge VLAN from a user port on hardware without MST support, causing ENOENT instead of completing the deletion.
