Local system crash via premature netdev access

NULL pointer dereference in the sfc EF100 driver in Linux allows local users to crash the system during network-device probing. The ef100_process_design_param() function invokes netif_set_tso_max_size() or netif_set_tso_max_segs() through efx->net_dev before ef100_probe_netdev() creates that object. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and an EF100 device using the sfc driver; the documented consequence is a kernel crash.
