Kernel memory disclosure via SET source dereference

Out-of-bounds read in affected Linux arm64 kernels allows local users to disclose kernel memory or interrupt the system through MOPS SET. The do_el0_mops() handler dereferences the encoded source-register field even though SET operations do not use a source, indexing past the register array when ESR reports XZR as register 31. Triggering requires local execution on an arm64 system implementing MOPS and a SET sequence that takes an exception with XZR encoded as its source.
