Local denial of service via premature MSI-X reads

Denial of service in the Linux kernel NIU driver allows local users to panic SPARC systems during MSI-X initialization. In niu_try_msix(), the driver lets MSI-X table registers be read before each vector's ENTRY_DATA register has been written, provoking a non-resumable hardware trap. The condition requires a SPARC system with NIU hardware after power-up; an ordinary reboot into an affected kernel does not retrigger it.
