Local denial of service via EEVDF overflow

NULL pointer dereference in the EEVDF scheduler in Linux 6.12 through 6.14.4 allows local users to crash the system via run-queue state. dequeue_entities() carries a U64_MAX slice from an empty child run queue to a delayed parent, causing lag and virtual-runtime arithmetic to overflow until pick_eevdf() returns NULL. Low-privileged local access and a particular delayed group-entity run-queue state are required; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
