Kernel panic via incorrect GPIO IRQ dispatch

Denial of service in the PCI1xxxx GPIO driver in affected Linux kernel branches allows local users to panic the kernel via a generated IRQ. The pci1xxxx_gpio_irq_handler passes the mapped GPIO IRQ to handle_nested_irq, which fails to locate its registered handler because the interrupt is not treated as a nested IRQ. Reachability requires a system using the Microchip PCI1xxxx GPIO endpoint and a generated GPIO interrupt; successful triggering crashes the host.
