System hang via cdns3 interrupt-softirq spinlock deadlock

Deadlock in the cdns3 USB gadget driver in affected Linux releases allows local users to hang the system through heavy NCM traffic. The threaded interrupt handler can be preempted by a softirq while both paths hold the same spinlock, causing them to wait indefinitely. The condition requires PREEMPT_RT, an active NCM Ethernet gadget link, and sufficient local traffic generation; the demonstrated consequence is a hang.
