Kernel crash via oversized DWC3 event count

Out-of-bounds access in Linux 3.2 and later allows a corrupt DWC3 event-count register value to crash the kernel during USB gadget events. The dwc3_check_event_buf path checks DWC3_GEVNTCOUNT only for zero, then memcpy copies that count from a fixed-length event buffer without enforcing its length. Ubuntu reports that the corrupt value is hardware-internal and cannot be reliably invoked or influenced by attackers, bounding the demonstrated consequence to a kernel paging fault and crash.
