Kernel availability loss via softirq-unsafe null cipher mutex

Improper locking in the Linux kernel allows local users to disrupt kernel availability through AF_ALG cryptographic sockets. crypto/crypto_null.c protects the default null skcipher with a mutex even though AF_ALG can free it in softirq context, where sleeping locks are invalid. Low-privileged local access reaches the faulty path; public records do not specify whether the resulting interruption is a hang, crash, or reboot.
