Kernel-memory disclosure and crash via driver unbind race

A driver-core race in affected Linux kernel builds allows local users to disclose kernel memory or crash the host through concurrent USB actions. dev_uevent reads dev->driver and formats its name while a concurrent unbind can clear the pointer or free the driver, causing a NULL dereference or use-after-free read. Exploitation requires a local account with access to the readable uevent attribute and a writable USB device node; the resulting impact is bounded to kernel-memory disclosure and host interruption.
