System crash via cross-folio bvec coalescing

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel 6.14 through 6.14.3 allows local users to crash the host by reading an affected file-backed mount. lib/iov_iter.c coalesces bvec pages across a folio boundary without incrementing every non-slab folio reference, causing p9_release_pages to over-release a folio. Reachability requires a locally readable file-backed EROFS or loop-backed mount over 9p, NFS, or Ceph; the resulting bad-page state can corrupt kernel memory or crash the host.
