System crash via overflowing fan-speed divisor

Division by zero in the Linux kernel's Arcturus AMD GPU fan-control code allows local users to crash the system via a crafted fan speed. The arcturus_set_fan_speed_rpm function multiplies an unchecked 32-bit speed by eight, allowing integer wraparound to produce a zero divisor in the tach-period calculation. Exploitation requires low-privilege local access and an affected Arcturus GPU path; the reported consequence is availability loss, not data access or modification.
