Service interruption via fan-speed arithmetic overflow

Divide-by-zero in affected Linux kernel releases beginning with 4.20 allows local users to interrupt service via an excessive Vega 10 fan speed. vega10_fan_ctrl_set_fan_speed_rpm multiplies the untrusted speed by eight in a divisor without rejecting values above UINT_MAX/8, allowing unsigned wrap to produce zero. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and the AMD Vega 10 fan-control path; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
