Kernel crash via oversized GPU fan speed

Divide-by-zero in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash the system by setting an excessive AMD GPU fan speed. smu_v13_0_set_fan_speed_rpm accepts values above UINT_MAX/8, allowing unsigned multiplication to produce a zero divisor in the tachometer-period calculation. Low-privilege local access and affected AMD SMU13 graphics hardware are required; the demonstrated consequence is limited to availability loss.
