Local availability loss via fan-speed integer overflow

Divide-by-zero in the Linux kernel's Vega20 fan control allows local users to cause availability loss through an oversized RPM value. vega20_fan_ctrl_set_fan_speed_rpm multiplies the unbounded 32-bit speed by eight before dividing, so overflow can turn the divisor into zero. Reachability requires local access to the fan-speed control on a system using the AMD Vega20 power-management path; published sources do not specify whether the fault causes an oops, panic, or reboot.
