Kernel crash via unterminated AMD erratum table

Out-of-bounds read in Linux 6.14 through 6.14.2 and 6.15-rc1 allows local users to crash the kernel during CPU initialization. The erratum_1386_microcode array in arch/x86/kernel/cpu/amd.c lacks its terminating empty entry, so fix_erratum_1386 scans beyond the table into adjacent kernel memory. The path runs only during boot-CPU initialization or secondary-CPU bring-up on affected AMD Zen 1 and Zen 2 systems.
