Local system crash via uninitialized IOMMU list

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux kernels from 5.19 through 6.15-rc1 allows local users to crash the system. During MediaTek IOMMU probing, iommu_device_register runs before driver data initializes hw_list, and mtk_iommu_device_group passes that NULL list to list_first_entry. Low-privileged local access is required, and the crash path is limited to systems that probe the affected MediaTek IOMMU driver.
