Local task hang via uncancelled perf task work

Denial of service in the perf subsystem of affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to hang a task by closing a sigtrap event. The perf event release path calls perf_pending_task_sync after task_work_run detaches pending callbacks, so task_work_cancel fails and rcuwait_wait_event waits indefinitely. Low-privilege local access is required; mutually targeted events deadlock tasks that close their event descriptors after the required event relationship is created.
