Local service interruption via duplicated PCI device

Incorrect device handling in Linux 6.8 through 6.14.2 allows local users to cause a service interrupt through PCIe PMU registration. The dwc_pcie_register_dev path passes a pci_dev structure as platform data, causing platform_device_register_data to duplicate it with kmemdup while retaining mutex and list internals from the original device. Accessing that duplicate corrupts kernel device lists; exploitation requires local low-privilege access, and public sources do not identify a specific crash, hang, or reboot mode.
