Service interruption via unreleased ath12k firmware memory

Memory leakage in the Linux kernel ath12k PCI driver 6.14 allows local users to consume kernel memory during device removal. When ATH12K_FLAG_QMI_FAIL is set, ath12k_pci_remove() omits ath12k_fw_unmap() for firmware memory allocated by ath12k_pci_probe(). Reachability requires an ath12k PCI device and the QMI-failure removal path; the published assessment reports service interruption without data disclosure or modification.
