SSRF in Elastic Kibana 8.12.0 through 8.19.6, 9.1.0 through 9.1.6, and 9.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to issue server-side requests. The Observability AI Assistant origin-validation path processes a forged Origin HTTP header without rejecting the spoofed origin; Elastic has not disclosed a deeper code locus. Low-privileged Kibana access and an Observability AI Assistant deployment are required, with no published confidentiality or availability impact.
