Appointment data disclosure via unchecked booking identifier

Published May 14, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026

IDOR in LatePoint 5.1.92 and earlier allows remote attackers to read appointment details through a crafted booking-summary request. The view_booking_summary_in_lightbox handler accepts a user-controlled booking_id, loads the associated booking and order objects, and renders them without verifying ownership. No authentication or user interaction is required, and exposure is limited to appointment details such as customer names and email addresses.
