Information disclosure and shutdown via unvalidated packet offsets

Improper input-offset validation in Mitsubishi Electric MELSEC iQ-F Series CPU modules allows remote attackers to read data or stop service. Packet-processing logic fails to validate an index, position, or offset supplied in specially crafted network packets. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful requests can disrupt MELSOFT connections or halt the CPU module until reset.
