TIBCO identifies the TIBCO Administrator UDDI Plugin as affected but has not published the vulnerable query, input field, or unsafe SQL-building operation. Exploitation requires low privileges and passive user interaction, and it can expose sensitive database data or alter data with the logged-in user's privileges.
