Unauthenticated account takeover via unchecked identity update

Missing authorization in OTP-less one tap Sign in 2.0.14 through 2.0.59 allows remote attackers to take over WordPress accounts. The login handler accepts a target user’s details without validating that the request belongs to that user, updates the email address, and returns authentication cookies in its response. No authentication or user interaction is required; administrator accounts can be reassigned for password reset or accessed directly with the returned cookies.
