CVE-2025-3718Network attack vector

Cross-site scripting via client-side path traversal

Published Oct 7, 2025 · Updated Oct 7, 2025

Client-side path traversal in Guardian and CMC before 25.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to launch XSS through a malicious URL. The web management front end accepts an input parameter without path validation; Nozomi has not disclosed the parameter, route, or resulting content flow. Exploitation requires a limited-privilege user and an authenticated victim who visits the crafted URL, exposing that browser session to unauthorized actions and sensitive-information collection.
